This project features two MTW198 new-type Raymond grinding mills from Liming Heavy Industry, designed for processing limestone into 250 mesh (D90) fine powder for flue gas desulfurization (FGD). The dual-mill configuration ensures stable operation, flexible capacity, and consistent product quality.

With advanced grinding technology, the MTW198 mills provide optimized airflow, precise classification, and uniform particle size distribution. The produced limestone powder offers high reactivity and excellent absorption efficiency, enabling effective removal of sulfur dioxide (SO₂) from industrial flue gases.
Engineered for energy efficiency and reliable performance, the system supports continuous production with low maintenance requirements. Its robust design and high grinding efficiency make it a cost-effective solution for desulfurization projects, helping industrial plants meet environmental standards and achieve cleaner production.
