Working Principle

During operation of the LM Vertical Roller Mill, materials enter the center of the grinding table via the feed system and move towards the edge under the effect of centrifugal force. The rollers apply grinding pressure through the hydraulic system, while hot air enters through the nozzle to dry the materials and transport them upwards. Fine particles are selected by the classifier to form the final product, while coarse particles fall back onto the table for a new grinding cycle.
