The PMD grinding mill eliminates traditional reducers and belt transmission systems.
The permanent magnet motor directly drives the grinding unit,

Working Principle
Crushed materials are evenly fed into the grinding chamber by a variable-frequency belt feeder. Grinding rollers and rings apply rolling and crushing forces to the material. The ground powder is carried by airflow into the classifier for separation. Qualified powder enters the cyclone collector for collection, while oversized particles return to the grinding chamber for further grinding. The entire system operates under negative pressure and is equipped with a pulse dust collector, ensuring clean and environmentally compliant production.Technical parameters
