This project features two European grinding mills from Liming Heavy Industry—one MTW145G and one MTW178G—designed for processing quicklime into 200 mesh (D93) fine powder for flue gas desulfurization (FGD). The combined system ensures stable performance, flexible capacity, and consistent product quality.
With advanced European grinding technology, the mills deliver optimized airflow, precise classification, and uniform particle size distribution. The produced quicklime powder offers high reactivity and excellent absorption efficiency, enabling effective removal of sulfur dioxide (SO₂) in industrial emission control systems.
The dual-mill configuration enhances production flexibility and operational reliability, making it suitable for continuous and medium-scale desulfurization applications. Featuring low energy consumption, easy maintenance, and long-term stability, this solution provides a cost-effective and environmentally friendly approach for modern industrial plants.
