Introduction

A large-scale carbon black production line built by Liming Heavy Industry has completed its development phase and is now operational. The final product is used as a reinforcing agent in tires to improve the physical properties of rubber. During the initial phase, the customer conducted a thorough evaluation and, after a rigorous selection process, selected Liming's MW ultrafine ring and roller mill. The line, designed and built entirely by Liming, features an optimized layout, eco-efficient operation, and high productivity.
