Introduction

The material is transported from the raw material silo by a belt feeder, which doses it uniformly, continuously, and quantitatively to the MTW178G European mill. After grinding in the main chamber, the material is transported by the fan airflow to the powder classifier. Under the action of the analyzer, the non-compliant particles return to the grinding chamber for reprocessing, while the qualified material follows the airflow through the pipes to the cyclone collector for separation and collection, before finally being discharged via the discharge system. The finished product is then transported by a bucket elevator and an FU chain conveyor to the finished product silo.
