Working Principle

Feeding: Materials enter the rotating mill via a sealed feed system.
Grinding: Under the effect of centrifugal force, they migrate to the edge where the hydraulically driven rollers pulverize them.
Classification:
1st stage: Pre-classification by guide vanes.
2nd stage: Fine selection via a high-speed turbine.
Collection: Fine particles are conveyed to the collection system, while coarse particles fall back for a new cycle.
Control: The system operates under negative pressure, coupled with intelligent regulation for stable production.

This integrated and automated process guarantees consistent quality while optimizing energy efficiency.
