Working Principle
Introduction: Materials enter the crushing chamber.Primary impact: The high-speed rotor throws the materials.
Secondary crushing: The particles strike the impact plates.
Multiple fragmentation: The materials undergo multiple impacts within the chamber.
Classification:
Particles reaching the required size are discharged.
The remaining particles continue to be crushed.
Adjustment: The final particle size is controlled by adjusting the gap between the rotor and the impact plates.
