Working Principle

Feeding: Materials are introduced into the crushing chamber.
Primary Impact: High-speed rotating hammers (1,000-1,500 rpm) break up the blocks.
Secondary Crushing: Particles are projected against impact plates for further crushing.
Screening: Fine particles pass through sizing screens, while coarse particles undergo a further cycle.
Discharge: Compliant aggregates are discharged by conveyor.
